Exterior House Wash

If the exterior of your home is dingy, dirty, or stained, consider an exterior house cleaning. We use low-pressure washer tips to apply a cleaning solution that breaks down mold, mildew, algae, spiderwebs, dirt dobbers and wasp nests. After it dwells for 8 to 10 minutes, we use higher pressure tips but keep our distance to rinse away everything without applying pressure to surfaces that can be damaged by high pressure. In some cases we're able to use high pressure for stone, brick, or concrete depending on the integrity of the surface. A deep cleaning can revive your house's appearance and make your surfaces look like new. Additional charges apply to homes with deep staining due to extra time and a more concentrated cleaning solution needed to remove these stains. House washes remove organic material and stains, not oxidation. Oxidation removal is a separate service requiring oxidation removal chemicals, scrubbing and rinsing small sections of the surface at a time.
