He moved all my flowerpots and “yard art”, replaced it all when finished, he even sprayed down my car to remove any dirt that had gotten on it. They power washed my ipe deck and stone retaining wall. Great job and very thorough, even came back the next day to make sure nothing was missed after it dried. Didn't quite understand the precautions they took to keep any landscaping from being damaged but I guess it worked because we had no issues. Easy bid and not salesman-ey.
If you are looking for an honest company who won't try to up sale you, look no further. Jones Exterior is outstanding. They have the right equipment and ensure the job is done right no matter the circumstances. Looking at some local rates they are more than competitive but don't feel like the work is any less competent. I was lucky enough to have them make a few hour trip to do my roof and even though it was 100+ degrees outside the work was completed and 100% to my satisfaction. It's kind of rare to come across a business that truly cares about their customers; believe me, I have had a lot of not so great experiences. I am glad they are around and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.
